Aims and Objectives
The society functions on No profit No loss basis to achieve the following aims and objectives using the ‘Triple A’ approach :-

1) ACTION
* Provide medical aid and assistance to disabled, distressed sick or injured animals.
*Provide shelter to abandoned, distressed, old, stray animals.
*Promote and carry out ABC (Animal Birth Control) program and co-operate with other NGO s in promoting the same.
*Arrange for regular feeding of stray animals in localities.
*Conduct and participate in ‘Anti Rabies’ vaccination drives.
*Have provision for ‘Mobile Dispensary’, ‘Animal Ambulance Service’ and ‘Animal Rescue Helpline’.
2) ADOPTION
* Work for promoting the adoption of Indian breed dogs by spreading awareness about their neglect and educating and encouraging people to help in providing homes for them.
* Work for the adoption of pets abandoned by previous owners.
* Maintaining a data base of prospective adoption homes.
*Provide information to members and the general public about animals being put up for adoption, using online advertisement and social networking sites.
*Provide help and guidance regarding care, vaccinations etc. to new pet owners or individuals who have adopted animals from shelters.
* The society shall also regularly check on the condition of the animals that have been given for adoption.
3) AWARENESS
* Working towards promoting general awareness and interest concerning issues of animal exploitation and animal abuse.
*The Society shall endeavour to educate the public and particularly young people to a sense of moral responsibility towards animals and promote a lifestyle which does not involve the abuse of animals.
*The Society shall support the examination of existing legislation on matters associated with animal welfare and promotion of social, legal and administrative reforms associated with the same.
* The Society shall work towards the education of public opinion to demand, by lawful means, the abolition of all experiments on animals, factory farming and all other forms of animal abuse.
* It shall be the aim of the society to collect and provide information on the above issues, among members and the general public.
* The Society shall conduct Awareness Programs on issues related to cruelty towards animals, preservation of the environment.
*The Society shall endeavour to promote a VEGAN lifestyle and health benefits resulting from the same.
* The Society shall seek to promote its cause through the circulation of papers, social networking sites, periodicals, literary matter, film, audio-visual material. It shall also assist, sponsor, procure or promote courses, lectures and other means of instruction to achieve its objective.
